Keoni Kealoha Alvarez has presented his award-winning documentary, KAPU: Sacred Hawaiian Burials, at prominent venues throughout Hawaiʻi. Through film screenings, cultural presentations, panel discussions, and community conversations, he has helped educate audiences about the importance of protecting Native Hawaiian burial sites and honoring iwi kūpuna.

Some of the venues where Keoni Alvarez has presented include the Hawaiʻi State Capitol, Bernice Pauahi Bishop Museum Great Lawn, Honolulu Museum of Art, and the Palace Theater in Hilo, Hawaiʻi Island. These presentations have brought the important message of KAPU: Sacred Hawaiian Burials to government leaders, cultural organizations, students, educators, community members, and the general public.

These educational presentations are designed to teach and share Indigenous knowledge about traditional Hawaiian burial practices, iwi kūpuna, cultural values, and the importance of protecting sacred burial places.
