KEONI alvarez art gallery

Keoni Kealoha Alvarez is a Hawaiian film director, author and artist. He is a graduate of Pahoa High School and lives in the Puna district. His art has been showcased in numerous art galleries and art shows throughout the Hawaiian islands. Keoni has been painting since he was 15 years old. He enjoys all mediums acrylic, charcoal and ceramic sculptures. 

 

His artwork is original pieces and authentic which focuses on his Hawaiian heritage. Keoni’s lineage connects him back to his Hawaiian ancestors thousands of years ago which is deep rooted in his conservation efforts of protecting Hawaiian burial sites from desecration. 

 

Keoni is a known film producer and director on Hawai’i island. His filming career took him around the world. His documentary films have been in film festivals, streaming online and broadcasted on television networks. He was also featured in National Geographic Magazine.
